Assignment 9: Project management lifecycle
The purpose of this assignment is to create a proposal for a project in an area of interest. This project should comprise three to five pages.
Some examples might be to develop a web page for your company, expand a current business operation, deploy a new product or service offering, etc.
At a minimum, the forms shown in Figure 2.4A and Figure 2.4B need to be used for your proposal.
Additional proposal content and/or templates or forms may be added to this assignment at your discretion. Be sure to also address the major resources necessary to complete the project.
Identify the project management lifecycle and determine how this lifecycle process affects the organization that would be most relevant to your selected project. Figure 2.4A and Figure 2.4B must be used in your proposal at the very least.
You can add more proposal information and/or templates or forms to this assignment if you want to. Make sure to also talk about the most important things you’ll need to finish the project.
Find the project management lifecycle and figure out how this process affects the organization most relevant to the project you chose. (c. 1.6) Assume that your submitted proposal would eventually be expanded into a full project. Thus, ensure that a sufficient amount of detail is included.
While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
